How often should I clean my countertop ice maker?
We recommend a quick wipe-down weekly and a deep descaling cycle with citric acid or vinegar every 2 to 4 weeks depending on your water hardness.
Why is my Slushie Machine taking longer to freeze?
Slush machines require a sugar content (Brix level) between 12% and 15%. Using sugar-free, diet, or pure water drinks will prevent proper slush formation and may cause the cylinder to freeze over.
What should I do if the Shaved Ice texture is too coarse?
