The ICEWAVE IW-03 / (ZSW-ZB21) 3-in-1 countertop ice maker and water dispenser combines ice-cube making, slush dispensing, and chilled-water dispensing in one unit. It uses potable water from a 1.5 L manual-fill reservoir or an automatic rear water inlet and typically completes each ice-making cycle in approximately 6–8 minutes. Five selectable ice-thickness modes make it easy to prepare ice for iced coffee & cold brew, cocktails & soft drinks, and everyday chilled-water service at home, in the office, or in similar hospitality spaces.

The ICEWAVE IW-03 makes ice cubes and dispenses slush and chilled water from one countertop appliance. Dedicated Ice Cube, Slush, and Ice Water controls make it easy to select the required output.
Q2: How long does the IW-03 take to make ice?
Each ice-making cycle takes approximately 6–8 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature and incoming water temperature. The first cycle may take longer while the machine pre-cools.
Q3: What type of water should I use? Can I add milk or juice?
Use potable water only. Mineral water is recommended. Do not add milk, juice, alcohol, syrup, or other beverages to the water tank or automatic water inlet, as the internal water system is designed for water only.
Q4: How is water supplied to the ice maker?
You can manually fill the reservoir with up to 1.5 L of potable water or use the rear automatic water inlet with a suitable potable-water source. Follow the user manual when connecting the inlet hose.
Q5: What do the Honey, Milk, Cola, Coffee, and Liquor modes mean?
These names identify five ice-thickness presets; they do not indicate liquids that can be added to the machine. Each mode uses a different ice-making time to adjust ice thickness. A new selection made during ice production takes effect from the next cycle.
Q6: Can ice cubes, slush, and chilled water be dispensed at the same time?
Ice cubes and slush cannot be dispensed simultaneously. Slush and chilled water also cannot be dispensed simultaneously. Stop the current incompatible function before selecting another output.
Q7: Does the IW-03 have a timer and automatic status protection?
Yes. It supports scheduled power-on while in standby and scheduled power-off during ice making for up to 12 hours. The machine also pauses when water is low or the ice bin is full and resumes after the condition is resolved.
Q8: How do I clean the IW-03 ice maker?
Unplug the machine before cleaning. Regularly clean the interior, water tray, water tank, evaporator, and accessible water-path components with a diluted water-and-vinegar solution. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water before making ice again. Do not use flammable liquids, acids, gasoline, oil, or spray solvents.
