ICEWAVE One-Year Limited Warranty
Effective date: October 16, 2026.
Icewave Technology Limited provides a one-year limited warranty for ICEWAVE products purchased directly at icewavetech.com and delivered to an eligible U.S. address. The warranty begins on the actual delivery date and covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting the product under normal use in accordance with its instructions. The entire unit is covered for one year.
What we will do
For a covered defect, we will arrange repair or replacement at no charge, including necessary parts, labor, and shipping. If a covered issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate further remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law. For a problem reported within 30 days after delivery, the more favorable options in our Return & Refund Policy also apply.
What this limited warranty does not cover
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, an accident after delivery, use outside the conditions specified in the product instructions, an unauthorized modification, or failure to carry out maintenance clearly required by those instructions. Ordinary cosmetic wear or the normal depletion of consumables is not a manufacturing defect.
An exclusion applies only to the extent that the stated cause produced the problem. We will not reject a claim merely because the product was opened, not registered, returned without its original packaging, or repaired by an independent provider where that repair did not cause the claimed defect. A consumable supplied with a manufacturing defect is not excluded merely because it is a consumable.
How to request service
Email support@icewavetech.com with your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase, product model, delivery date, and a description of the issue. If available, include relevant photos or a short video. We will explain the next steps and arrange any required return. Product registration is not required to receive this warranty.
For products purchased through another seller, contact that seller about its return process and any warranty applicable to that sale. This does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
Your legal rights
This is a limited written warranty. It is in addition to rights you may have under applicable law. We do not disclaim implied warranties where doing so is prohibited by law, and this policy does not shorten any non-waivable statutory protection. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
