Q1: What type of ice does this machine make?
It makes soft, fluffy snow-like or shaved ice — not traditional hard ice cubes. Perfect for snow cones, slushies, cocktails, and dessert toppings. You can also adjust the texture by changing the liquid ingredients (e.g., water/milk gives snow-like ice; syrup/honey gives shaved ice).
Q2: What liquid can I use?
You can use water, milk, juice, coffee, syrup, yogurt, honey, or any beverage with a temperature below 122°F (50°C). The max capacity of the liquid tank is 800ml. For thicker liquids like yogurt or honey, add some water to adjust viscosity for best results.
Q3: How long does it take to make ice?
The machine starts producing snow ice within about 1 minute after you press the cooling button. The speed is adjustable from P1 to P5 using the "+" and "−" buttons — higher settings produce ice faster.
Q4: How do I clean the machine?
Remove the liquid tank and rinse it with clean water.
Pour warm water (below 122°F / 50°C) into the drip tray.
Close the top lid and press the "Clean" button — it runs a 5-minute auto-clean cycle.
After it stops, rinse the drum roller with warm water again. A cleaning brush is included.
Q5: Can I set a timer for auto start/stop?
Yes! Short press the child lock button to enter timer mode, then use "+" and "−" to set a delay start (0–24 hours) or auto shut-off (0–24 hours). The machine will beep once to confirm.
Q6: Can I use this outdoors?
This appliance is intended for use in a well-ventilated area. Keep it away from fire sources and make sure the air outlet is unobstructed, with more than 8 inches (20 cm) of clearance from surrounding objects.
